Anyone that knows me knows that I am passionate about delicious food. When Brett and I moved in together, cooking became a passion project for me. But finding recipes to cook that tasted delicious and didn’t leave me feeling gross or bloated afterwards was difficult. Learning to health-ify recipes became by jam. I learned quickly that I did better when I created my own variations of recipes, making adjustments or swapping ingredients out to create healthier versions of recipes. Things quickly changed when I became a mom, I was more likely to cook a homemade meal when my recipes were easy-to-prep, one-dish, skillet or pan. And so here we are! After 15 years, I have created a place where my personal recipes can live and be shared with others. With new recipes added weekly, I promise to deliver delicious recipes, made with real food, that are easy-to-follow, quick and healthy. xx, Shawna
