What are some things you absolutely must do in a given day?

It’s not about perfectionism but I truly love a routine. Especially when my routine prioritizes all of the things that make me feel my absoulte best.

When I stick to doing these things daily, I’m much happier person. And when I can reach for these things every day, week, month and year, I feel good and I’m better in all parts of life. These habits have allowed me to be the person I am today and I’m so thankful for my commitment to them.

Daily

Cold water on the face when I wake up. Soft towel to dry.

Face mask or a face oil. Vitamin C serum. Tinted sunscreen.

Seed probiotic. Coffee with fiber powder. Multi-vitamin.

Movement. Meditation. Breathwork.

Drink water all day. Fast until late morning. High protein diet.

One oat milk latte, before 2pm.

Quiet time.

Choose music over TV.

Time outdoors, sunlight.

7-step nightly skincare routine.

Quality sleep. Lights out by 10pm. Eye mask. Ear plugs. Sound machine.

Weekly

In-person hot yoga or pilates class.

Tennis or pickleball.

Bath with Epsom Salt.

Dry sauna. Red Light.

At-home dermaplane. Nose hair trimmer.

Books on tape or podcast.

Walk. Run. Hike. Get outside.

Lunch out once.

Date night.

Monthly

Full-body deep tissue massage.

Personalized facial.

Nails.
