1 Close squat to press jack

2 V sit punch

1 Forward lunge with lateral dumbbell jack

2 High plank toe tap

1 Wide stance lateral lunge with dumbbell front raise

2 Leg openers to leg lift

1 Sumo jack squat to curl

2 High plank to side plank

1 Push up with jack 

2 V ups 


DO:
​​​​​​​5 minute rounds
12 reps per exercise
Keep repeating excercise for 5 total mins
